I've used SimonMed three times. All of my experiences have been good except for the MRI. I could not hear the technician and she did nothing to correct the problem. I ad to guess her instructions. I don't have hearing issues. This caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety for me.

the front.staff is extremely helpful and nice. the lady that did my IV was great. the dr not so much. I was in the machine for a brain mri. started having a panic attack, crying even. he got me right out. I thought ok im ok. the dr understands.he said let me get the iv out then you are free to go. I apologized to him... not one word from him. it was like he was so cold. but he was nice before this. so.idk. I just hope the next time it happens to someone he's kinder. I don't think I'll ever get another done.
