Scheduler never mentioned that she scheduled test at a different location than the one postponed the previous day due to incorrect order by doc. In fact she asked if I wanted to go to the same location as the day before. Front desk staff at location #1 wasn’t knowledgeable about scheduling process. Left message for scheduling supervisor. Never heard back.

What a train wreck!! Price changed over and over. Finally settled for on the originally agreed upon price when they discovered my doctor had confirmed it. At the end, they said I still might get an invoice although paid in full in cash. When I registered a complaint the gal at the front was cavalier at about the entire thing. I wasted an hour of time. Bright spot: the tech was competent! So yay for that. Lame!!

Worst customer service EVER the phone rep is the WORST of any company Bar none! I was in Inside sales for 50 years. The phone reps making the appointments are NOT a fit for the job at all. Beyond Rude. I told him I was really sorry he was having a bad day and asked him to pleas not take it out on me, and I was being sincere and he hung on me.

It depends on which facility. They’ve grown so large and staff aren’t trained to work cohesively together.

Your text about the appointment did not tell me what location my visit was at. I had scheduled this weeks ago and did never receive notice of location. Your text was incomplete to say the least. So I called 8:00 that morning to the general 800 to get more info. I was informed I had a 9:00 appointment. Great, except when I get there to check in at 8:50 There is a sign that says your appointment is merely a suggestion That walk ins may be taken before my allocated spot. That proved to be true. I’m not down playing all Simon meds just the one I went too. First of all their ultrasound tech was very sweet and compassionate and gentle , but on the other hand their mamogram tech was a total uncaring , condescending, uncaring woman I have ever met. Worked it like it was no big deal and always rushed knowing I was hurting already and tried to rush through it. Never in my life have I been asked to not move not breathe like an X-ray.
