My appointment was at 7:45 PM. I arrived 30 minutes before. The girl works at the front( Destiny) told me that they are behind 30 minutes. Anyways about after 45 minutes 8:30 PM she called me to get inside. And she made me wait another 45 minutes waiting for a patient inside. The scheduling person did not speak English well (and I’m good with accents) and did not know the locations of the labs. She scheduled me for a different one that was fortunately just a block from my usual one. The wait at the lab was awful. An hour just for a screening mammogram. The technician said it was pent-up demand from Covid. Then they shouldn’t have overbooked!
Waited for over an hour after my appointment time, ended up leaving without being seen. They wanted me to pay over $1000.00 upfront for service, glad I didn’t pay because I knew I had met my deductible already.

Tried twice to get an MRI and first time they said they needed more information on heart valve that was replaced, which it only took 2 emails to get and they easily could have done that or at least let me know... second time their website malfunctioned according to them and I couldn't get appointment for the day I had off from work somehow. Got scheduled for 6 days later without them ever telling me that until I called on my day off to try to set up an appt. Scheduling is not accurate. They make appointments and when you get there you’re not on the schedule. I was there for about an 1:15 minutes and four other patients were complaining about the same thing. Some of us left work to get to this appointment and it didn’t happen and had to re-schedule. It was a waste of time.
The wait was 2 hours: The lady preformed my X-ray had bad customer service
From my experience yesterday, it appears no one got their procedure until they waited at least an hour past their appointment and then complained. I had an appointment for 8:45 and when I said something to staff at 9:37 they came out and ushered me back to Xray room, but another delay of over 5 minutes. Certainly did not meet my expectations.
