Horrible scheduling communication. Won’t return voicemails. Did not send text to confirm date etc. the Scheduler’s name is was. I had to call my doctor’s office to het her to call me back. Then she was sarcastic and blaming. I just wanted to get an MRI, not be subject to abuse. It took 4 weeks, should have been 1.

I had the most horrible experience at SimonMed on 3rd st and Virginia. The front desk staff did not acknowledge me right away. I was at least standing there for 6 or 7 minutes until the guy said we’ll be right with you, even though they did not have anyone ahead of me they continued to chat amongst their selves. My appointment time was at 10:30 check in at 10:15. I waited until 11:20 to be called back. When I was called back the tech seemed like she did not wipe down any surfaces that other patients touched. with coronavirus going on you should be able to make appointments for any Imaging or testing that needs to be done. I needed a simple chest x-ray and had to sit in the lobby for 2 hours this is not acceptable with what is going on today in Arizona Let's be able to do appointments.
