They had 1 person working the front desk at lunchtime. My appointment was at 1230. I got there at 1220, waited in line 10 minutes to get paperwork. Then waited an additional 10 minutes just to give them my paperwork. The people in front of me in line were not there for an appointment, they needed payment information from 3 months ago, one guy needed her to download an entire disk for him. On the phone I waited an hour and I listened to terrible music and then they offered to call you back. So I left my number no one called me back. Called they next day and I told them I did not get a phone call appointment reminder. She blamed me for not asking for a call. This was uncalled for. People at the office were great

hire more staff so patients aren't waiting for an hour for their x-rays, MRI or ultrasound. Three times in a row it's been like that waiting way too long
I have been to this Desert Ridge office twice this year for walk in x-rays ordered by my ortho. Both experiences left a sour taste in my mouth for their front desk team. First time they could not locate the order, did not offer to facilitate communication with ortho when I asked, and it took 15 minutes of phone time to sort out. The x-Ray technician was excellent. We politely asked for an update on the appointment as it was twenty minutes after the scheduled time. The receptionist could not get a response from the tech so she went back to speak to the tech. The tech preceded to yell at my wife for interrupting the receptionist. That’s the job of the receptionist and every thing was done with politeness as my wife has been a receptionist in the past. The tech was unprofessional and her attitude was uncalled for!!
