I highly recommend the technician I had at Desert Ridge - Kristen. She was prompt, professional, and very personable. I do NOT recommend trying to get an appointment by phone. You will be on hold FOREVER. When I finally did get through, I was passed around to 5 different people to schedule my procedure. Then I had to reschedule bc my appointment was made on a day the technician I needed was not in the office! I finally made my own appointment by going directly to the office myself. the people are great. but, I have a stat CT scan the other day and my doctor still does not have the results. took them over a week to get her x-ray results. they need to improve

The entire staff is very friendly, yet professional. I was there for 3 separate tests and was able to witness their interactions with other patients as well. The office manager is excellent. She handles the office and patients with grace and patience. The gentleman who did my chest x-ray was pleasant and puts you at ease. The woman who did my 2 MRI’s explained everything. Made sure I was completely comfortable each time. She was easy to converse with.

The Simon med staff at Desert Ridge in Phoenix where exceptional. I was in and out of there in no time at all. However, I went there because my regular place canceled my appointment at the last minute. I had to call back and wait, listening to the horrendous music on hold. Then they considered moving my appointment elsewhere. The administrative side of Simon med is a nightmare.
