Although the scheduler advises a CT Scan would take 30min, my experience was great. I even drank the nasty drink required. CT tech had a great personality to keep things light hearted. I would recommend.

Prompt. Pleasant Accommodating Care was good Only thing is I don’t remember if tech/nurse identified himself as to name/title He was good though when faced with my lack of good veins. 😊

I had an ultrasound completed at 9am on a Friday and was told that the results would be sent to my doctor. I checked on the Saturday and nothing had been received. I checked back at lunchtime on Monday and they had still not been sent over. This is also the second time that SimonMed expects payment up front and they didn’t even check with insurance. I had to insist that they check as my deductible had been met. Strongly recommend that you go to SMIL instead.

I know that there are staff shortages everywhere my past experience at Simon med I have always found to be good. This time was not, on the phone I was told X-rays done on walk-in basis. I arrived at the facility to be told no X-rays after 2, it was 12:50 but I would not be able to get an exrsy because others were waiting. The next morning I walked up to the door. 20 minutes before opening to find a sign no X-rays at this facility. I drove to another location and was told that I would have to wait until 9. Not wanting to blame Simon Med but this particular site I went to, was scheduled for an MRI with and without contrast was told the procedure was 30 minutes. The tech had a very hard time trying to figure out where to place the port asking me what I think, this took at least 5 minutes befkre she decided and kept saying maybe we won't be able to do the contrast. Finally put it in and started the MRI it seemed to go on for ever my shoulder was staring to cramp, so when she said they were going to do the contrast I asked if I co... read more

Very poor. Communication was horrible. Waited 1hr and 45 minutes for my MRI only to find out that the info concerning by claustrophobia was never addressed. Had to leave and reschedule app with sedation. Second visit wasn’t much better. They never got in touch with my doctor to get go ahead for sedation. Eventually I had the MRI. Simon Med was the worst run clinic I have ever experienced.
