RecommendedI went for an MRI without contrast, I have had mri before n not good experience at other places. this time was very different. very good experience. Tatum location rocks. very prompt, very caring, n very professional. Would recomend.

RecommendedI was seen at the Desert Ridge Simon Med and my experience was great the whole staff was so friendly and understanding. they made me feel at ease and comfortable. no wait time and things went very smoothly. should I need any imaging again I would definitely like to have it done at this location. I've had bad experiences at the Dobson Frye area. long long wait times, papers or orders not in order, billing info issues, and scheduling issues. Here at Desert Ridge it was a breeze!! Thank you for your excellent service!!!!

RecommendedVery efficient, excellent location at Desert Ridge and my Echocardiogram Tech was fantastic ~ professional, personable and knowledgeable. She was extremely well trained and insured my comfort and understanding throughout the process. Very pleased with my experience and certainly will return for future imaging needs.

RecommendedA little more information for the patients before their appointment. I had an appt. For 11;30 pet ct scan. Got a message that said it was for 1;00 later that day got a message it was for 11:30 so I called SimonMed and spoke with someone who explained that I would have to go in at 11:30 to receive medication and wait until 1;00 to have ct scan. Had I not called and spoke to a wonderful receptionist who explained things I would have missed the 11;30 time. Other then that everybody was very nice and professional.
