Soooooo not the same location….but so far worst experience ever. I literally got 9 calls and I don’t know how many texts to call in to make my appointment. After going through 4 different people finally on Saturday I thought I got the right person to finally schedule an appt. My appt today was at 5:45 pm at 5410 W. Thunderbird. Only to walk in and find out that I have no appointment. Even though I have a text message confirming the appt. You people f*cking suck. I am SICK of your incompetence and lies. What the hell is wrong with you? Everyone single one of you…you can’t schedule an accurate appointment, you can’t get insurance straight, and you are rude.

Estrella night staff was not very friendly. I get that it’s late… I don’t want to be there either. But it’s when it’s your job you get paid to be there.

The young girl was so rude, she was laughing at me when I was trying to tell her I have an appointment every six months due to breast cancer. Camilla also said that she had to verify my insurance and it would take an hour. I told her I work for a primary care Dr and it never that’s that long and she laughed. Go some place else if you want good service. She also told me I wouldn’t get her fired because she gets a lot of complaints and they never fire her

Went to the Palm Valley location, they asked me to come in 15 minutes early. Requested I fill out paperwork that was a repeat of all the information I gave in a phone call with them. Waited 30 mins after my actual app time for the receptionist to call my Name out incorrectly then look at me with expectant attitude. Proceeded to tell me I would Need to pay upwards Of $500 as My deductible hasn’t been met and that’s my estimated portion. Every “expected” estimate Has always been excessive. Every time we have an appointment it’s either cancelled or delayed. My appointment was transferred from one facility to another the it was delayed 3 times and when we arrived there at our appointed time we still had to wait over an hour past our appointed time. Ridiculous.

I had a 7:45am appt. Went to the Goodyear location and the doors were locked and two other patients were standing outside. The tech was there but didn’t have keys. He was on his phone trying to get someone from their corp office to send someone to open the door. I called their phone # listed on the web and each time I called they placed me on hold for over 15 minutes and then disconnected me. We all waited a little over an hour before a key holder showed up.So that means we we all waiting over an hour to be seen as they were... read more
