I had an MRI done in December of last year, and the tech totally blew my vein, and I had a full arm infiltration. The lack of concern from staff was appalling. Today I had to have a breast MRI, I went to a different location and was greeted by two male techs to do the breast MRI , first off this is my sixth year of having a breast MRI and I’ve never had a male tech do it. My ultrasound tech was great, but billing has been a nightmare. I paid my initial payment the day of and set up a payment plan. My card declined and they cancelled my whole payment plan. Now they have almost doubled my charged and are trying to overcharge me for my services. When calling the payment plan people on the phone she was so disrespectful and unhelpful I had to call in multiple times and am still waiting on the office to reach back out to me with an explanation of the overcharges. This company is a complete and utter joke. Trying to schedule on the phone is a nightmare with not being able to understand someone that barely speaks English. Takes a week to get insurance approved only to be referred by my Dr. that has already approved my insurance. Using the website is just as bad if you don't have the info that the Dr. sent over to the company. Trying to get anything done is just a nightmare.

Used to love these guys, but something has changed there unfortunately. Massive, negative changes: 1. They have reduced the amount of seating, removing the previous double rows of chairs in favor of placing chairs against the walls leaving 90% of the room open, but with nowhere to sit. End result is: A. Many people having nowhere to sit; B. Many people leaving; C. SimonMed is horrible. They messed up my service and billing and now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back for them doing a procedure they didn't have authorization to do. I keep getting shoved to different departments because no one wants to fix it. I can't even speak to a manager. So disgusted.

The service front to back was great, though I got a huge bill, because I think they did not look at my current insurance card, They looked at a insurance card that I had used years earlier in another state. When I filled out the paperwork, I gave them the current insurance information, it appears they did not look there.

Billing is always trying to get me to pay more than what my insurance says I owe. Can't get through the phone system!
