The Estrella site was very disorganized an rude. Would never recommend anyone go there.

I arrived a 1/2 hour early but was seen a 1/2 hour late even though I was at the 1st appointment of the day...WTF SimonMed?

10:00am appointment at the 19th Avenue location and still haven’t been called back at 11:30am. WHAT THE HELL ? This is crazy and just wrong. What is the point in taking appointments if they are this far off schedule ? Tiny waiting area with people packed in like sardines. One woman coughing her brains out constantly. This SUCKS

First, I live in northern Phoenix, and there are offices all around me and close to home. I was scheduled in Scottsdale. Second, I was charged for 2 scans and after paying then I was sent to another location 5 minutes from my home. Third, the scheduler made an MRI app, at 1140, and then a CT scan at 1215. Even if I was called back in time for the MRI I would still have to rush just to make the CT app. Fourth, I arrived at the CT scan app and was told I had to pay again, and I should just skip my insurance. Worst imaging outlet ever. Never going back. Hard to speak with a person who speaks proper English; scheduling mistakes galore, waiting excessively for an appointment to begin, clueless front desk staff and the list goes on. This place is a disaster.

Upon arrival they told me I would have to pay $800 + for my MRI. I knew it should only be $100 with insurance. They refused to listen to me, but she said they would check insurance. A few minutes later, she confirmed that she checked and $800 up front or set up a payment plan with a credit card. She wouldn’t listen. So I set up the “plan”. This happened to me in the past and ended up over paying by hundreds because images were 100% covered. Took months to get reimbursed. The patient after me had the same thing happen. It’... read more

The location was 8921 W Thomas in pho AZ. My 90 year old moms appointment was at 1pm they called said come in at 12:30 so she will get her mri at 1pm. We got there at 12:30pm and waited till 1:22 and I ask the front desk what was going on. She called the back then proceeded to tell me our appointment was at 1:30 and she would not be seen till 2pm. I explained they called and told me when to come in and showed her my text for the appointment at 1pm she apologized and said it would be about 10 min. At 2pm they gave my mom the ... read more

Just left second appointment I had to walk out of. Last week their computer system didn’t work. I understand that and gladly rescheduled to tonight at 7pm. Got there at 7 to find only one other already in the waiting room. Shortly they took that lady back. Another lady came in and checked in. Then a young man came in. He filled out his paperwork and they took him back after just a few minutes. After that w man came in and left to come back after he went home to get something.
