I was sent for an MRI. They put it as. CT. I said no that’s wrong but they insisted. I asked if theirs a difference. Lady said we have it as CT. Ok your the professional. Wrong Dr office called they said couldn’t find orders so put it as CT. I paid $160 and it was WRONG test. Back tomorrow for MRI. I will make them apply what I paid to CT to my MRI. And they better make it URGENT results or I will escalate this as a medical mistake that is prolonging the knee pain I am in. People make mistakes. BUT in medical matters t... read more

Very long wait times to discuss incorrect billing. More than 30 minutes on hold on three different occasions. Was never able to connect. Update: I was contacted by SimonMed after my post promising to fix the billing issue I have been experiencing for the past several months! Surprise, surprise, today I received a threatening “final bill”. Not a thing was accomplished by the representative. Can’t really say that I am surprised…. What a poor example of a company. Customer service is horrible. I asked to speak to a manager and put me on hold for two hours before I hung up.

The Laveen AZ office is the most incompetent office. I had a ct with contrast scheduled with them since the first week of May. They canceled the first exam due to not having prior authorization when they had 2 weeks to get it. Prior authorization only takes 24 hours at most with my insurance. On May 21st, I was hit by a driver running a red light while I was returning home from getting an MRI of my lower lumbar at the Estrella office on Thomas Road. When walking into the clinic we were not greeted the receptionist was very rude and looked like she just rolled out of bed. I completely understand the mandatory mask requirement but if you're mandating the masks you should provide masks at the establishment for anyone entering the building. The receptionist was not helpful and herself was not wearing the mask correctly, if you're requesting patients to wear masks then the employees at establishment should be required the same.

Terrible experience with this place……. I was a walk in X-ray so you wait and wait…….I waited for over 3 hrs because the little girl I was communicating with was not paying attention to me 4 times I went up to speak to her she was on her cell phone. This is to long of a story so after speaking to the X-ray tech who said she called me 2 times…… I asked for the manager who was not on so I left my name and number and asked her to please call me. So hopefully she will…. We will see…….

Yes but if you do your paperwork online don’t go 45 minutes early. I wasn’t called back until 1 and half hours after my appointment time. So I was there for 3 hours.

The girls an the front desk are very unprofessional it looks like they don't know what they're doing, they rescheduled me 4 times, due to their unprofessionalism when I scheduled my appt they didn't give me any instructions before my procedure it was a nightmare. please hire people that know what their doing I will never go back there I talked to my doctor so he dan referrer me somewhere else
