professional staff would be nice to have
Simon med messed up my first appointment by booking me at the center next to the one I requested and have used for years. I had to rebook at correct center and wait one week for new appt. New appt was double booked requiring a 30 min wait to be seen. was not told this at time of booking. Grr!! You can do better Simon Med!!
My appt was at 215pm I checked in 10 minutes early as they ask to 15 prior to appt. I waited 3 hours for my MRI!!! What’s the sense of having an appt if you have to wait 3 hours?? Never will I use this place again. The other buildings are much more Prompt. They were behind and when a patient was 30 minutes late for her appt they say she had to rescedule ?? They were running 3 hours behind so why couldn’t she stay in the rotation ? Stupid! SMH this was absolutely worst experience ever!
Extreme delays even with an appointment. After my MIL’s first scan staff said there would be an hour and a half wait for the second scheduled scan. We rescheduled at a different location.
Terrible service you always have to wait like 50 minutes for an appointment bad experience I don’t recommend this place go to banner ..
Dr called in order. Simonmed called to set up appointment. Got all of my information and set appointment for 5 days before surgery. The morning of the procedure they called and said we don't do breast MRIs at that facility so you'll have to go somewhere else. I told them about the urgency of my surgery coming up and they scheduled it for the next evening at another facility. Really poor services. Set a online appt 5 hrs ago and now they call and say oh we need approval. They said they tried calling my insurance co. My ins co said no they didnt. So now scrambling to get approval since office staff is incompetant. I Sched 2 CT scans and the appointment was Sched same time for both. Gave me an excuse that sometimes the online makes mistakes.
