Was greeted by an AMAZING and SUPER nice lady she took my information down!! Then she took me back! I hurt my knee I stepped funny. My technician was really nice he helped me on to the table was a little nervous cause I never had a MRI he gave me some ear muffs so I wouldn’t hear the noise the machine makes!! Was loud!!! Good service except my wait time was too long!!!
Updated and modern equipment made this the easiest mammogram I’ve ever received
I went for an X-ray and it took longer to sign in than get the XRay! Neither took very long. I always choose SimonMed Imaging.
Efficient and friendly service
Nice pleasant service up front as I arrived 15 mins prior of my appointment, but did have to wait an hour after my scheduled time. I presume because of a difficult patient before me. They do need to let you know what’s going on if it going to take that long. Jake did my MRI and did a good job making me feel comfortable during the procedure.
