RecommendedMy first time to be at the Fountains location. Staff are more accommodating here than the other Thunderbird office.Also, they do more explanation about the procedure to be performed.

I had a mammogram done recently and the technician was caring and wonderful. I had negative issues at another provider’s facility some time ago but left this one with a positive experience. I will be much more relaxed if I have another procedure done some time in the distant future.

Office staff were very nice and professional, lab tech was great but my wait time was terrible. 1 1/2 hour wait time past appointment time

I was seen 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time. The tech rad pleasant and efficient. I was given a cloth gown, which is much more comfortable tan paper

from all my experiences, the techs were always super. but their website is useless if you don't have a cell phone. and their phone service, needs work. most everyone i spoke to had heavy foreign accent, and some not very knowledgeable.
