SimonMed was a great experience. The staff are very friendly. The office was clean and pleasant. The wait time was short. I was a walk in and only waited 20 minutes.

SimonMed Fountains is horrible! We had an appointment for 9:15 AM, arrived at 9:00 AM. When they had received the order from the Dr. they called and texted us to make the appointment. It is 10:00 AM and they have not even called my husband to go back for his CT. They just called us to the desk and said it will be even longer of a wait because, “They didn’t receive the order.” That was sent to them directly by the doctor and was the whole reason they even contacted us to begin with.

So frustrating. The appointment line was horrible. After having to have the Dr call to schedule the appt., they ended up canceling it b/c the clinical notes were not included and insurance would not pay. Instead of reaching out to me or the Dr office, they cancelled a very hard to get appt. Had they simply called, we would have had the Dr send in the info OR I could have approved user pay. The call center staff was unhelpful and rude. I FINALLY was able to get help from someone who spoke good English to help! Took an ... read more

Yesterday I had an appointment for 2 different tests, 1 test went smoothly, however after the 1st one completed, I was told to go back and wait for my next test. So I’m sitting patiently awaiting my call, about 15 minutes I overheard the front desk tell a new patient that they are not doing that type of test today, after he left I had to wait for 1 person take care of 4 people in line while they other person worked on leaving for the day, after that wait I finally got to the front desk and asked them what’s up, she just said... read more

The only reason I went to Simon med was because my doctor could access my reports. My first appointment was scheduled at 9:30. I received several texts requesting insurance information and Medical history. I filled these out and arrived at the requested time of 9:15. I checked in at 9:15 AM and waited until 10 o’clock to ask how much longer it would be. The receptionist told me my appointment was at 10:30. First appointment cancelled because of down computers. Second appointment I waited an hour and a half. Apparently tech went to different office. If I was late I would have been charged for the visit and would have had to make another appointment. Receptionist was very apologetic and nice but it doesn’t excuse incompetence.
