RecommendedWorks xray here again. The receptionist was very professional and calm, when dealing a very sick person with zero patience.

Cindy was my tech on Friday, and my procedure required contrast. She has an excellent hand! Her stick was flawless and she left no bruise. I have been a phlebotomist for many years, but I hate being on the other side of the needle. Her gentle hand was much appreciated 😊

Setting up appointment was awful, took the 30 mins with agent to make appt. Customer service agent had heavy accent, never repeated info given to make sure it was correct, said my insurance showed error & I needed to contact them. I received email to complete paperwork before appt & it never worked, gave me errors. Day of appt was great at facility, front staff was great (said my account was self pay, no insurance, why I couldn’t do paperwork online). Both technicians I dealt with were professionals & awesome.
