RecommendedUpon entering Jenna is very welcoming and was very helpful with my check in. The x ray tech (blonde curly hair with glasses) very social and professional. Not too long a wait, in and out as a walk in.
When we arrived the “sign in counter was very busy. I assumed we might have a long wait. However, my husband and I were quickly given our paperwork to fill out. I had to go back to the counter for some info. I asked my question and received the info I needed. There was a lot of patients waiting their turn. But, in a short time, my husband was taken to the cat scan room. He returned quickly from his scan. And then it was my turn. I went to SimonMed for ct scan last Tuesday for my inflamed right neck. It was busy because I came at a time where there was only one associate on duty and patients kept coming in. The young lady, however kept her composure, was calm, always courteous and polite, greeting everyone who comes in with a smile. I just admire her confidence. Very professional. Mary had a little lamb who’s fleece was white as snow. Followed her to school one day which was against the rules. Made the children laugh and play.
The tech Edger was professional and friendly. My CT scan was done professionally. Thanks to the staff and technician. James Ward
Front desk personnel are efficient and friendly. I was informed of a 2 hour wait at my check in. So I could leave and come back and was taken right in for my X-ray. X-ray technician was great and told me it would be 5 to 7 business days before a radiologist would read my X-ray , so I would know what to expect.
Polite friendly staff . Short wait time and quick results
They were fast and efficient.
The staff were very kind and my CT results are viewable already, and the test was just done on Friday January 12th!
