Unprofessionalism with the tech doing mammogram. Very snappy attitude. Not impressed with having to take clothing off when tech was in the room. No privacy. Did not experience that during my last mammogram. Tech complained that people show up just on time and they get them behind. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and waited 35 minutes after my appointment time. I filled out all paperwork on-line but was still asked some of the questions I had entered on-line. Didn’t start my MRI until about an hour after my appointment. I would like you to provide warm blankets as facility was cool. Other than that the service was good it’s close to home and I like that. Thanks
Rude non caring front desk is not helpful
I was in there yesterday and an older woman came in that had a problem with her account She did not have a mask and was asked several times to go to her car, when you could tell that she had a lot of trouble walking. After being asked several times to pay 50 cents for a mask or walk all the way to her car to get hers. I don't agree with that only because I just recently got over breast implant illness.
