I had a 10:15 appointment and had to wait over 3 hours while having to drink water because I was getting an ultrasound. It seems to me they need a better system.
I was a walk in and I waiting 31/2 hours before been called, Why have walk in only to have very unhappy patients. It should be appointments only.
Too long wait times, too few staff, too small and crowded waiting room, dingy treatment rooms
Had to reschedule twice because “tech had to assist in another room”. Is there only one tech?? Sign prominently on door says all who enter must wear mask Receptionist not wearing mask. While being checked in two other employees have nice chat that had nothing to do with job. Handed form to fill out with same info given at time of appt made. Waste of time. The actual scan went well but the tech had me undress in the scan room rather than the dressing room across the hall. I won’t use Simon med again.
I arrive 10 minutes before doors opened. I was third in line. Waited almost 2 hours for a simple xray. The tech was slow. Came out to get water. Went back in with no new patients called. Came out to use restroom or headed out in that direction. 10 minutes later back in. 10 minutes later I was called. About 22 minutes since his last patient left. 3 patients in 2 hours gives him the record for driving the slow train. Not a good experience
Spent an hour filling out all the questions to have my annual mammogram done. Set up an appointment per website. Go to the scheduled appointment and was told I didn’t have an appointment. I told her I’d signed up online and she said “oh yeah, that doesn’t work!”. I had to reschedule for 3 weeks later. Went to the second appointment and had to spend another 20 minutes filling out their paperwork. The receptionists were a joke, rude and non apologetic! The tech that did my procedure was professional and quick.
Girl at the front desk is awful! They told me to make a reservation for an X-ray even though I knew it was first come! So I showed up for the appointment and the girl doesn’t say sorry for the inconvenience, but only told me in an unfriendly tone you need to come back! So I show up and I forgot my wallet but told her my wife was coming in and would pay her! My grandmother went to get an MRI she had a cloth mask on. She was called to the back the technician stopped her immediately before going into the dressing room to change into a gown and stated she need to take off her cloth mask and wait in the waiting room. It's Covid out here to go wait in the open area is not proper protocol. They don’t treat their patients with respect.Yesterday I wanted a drink of water, I was given a cup to get water from the fountain. The water was warm as hell,this company is a multi million dollar company,why done they have better water systems for patients.Patients are reason why they are in business. Please do something about that. Best Patient
