The staff and technicians at the Riggs Road location were pleasant and very professional. My prescribed procedure was completed promptly. This location is convenient and I have been here several times before. However, I do resent the daily robo calls reminding me to come in for my 'walk in' procedure. My procedure was not urgent and I planned to go in next week. As soon as SimonMed received the script from my doctor, the reminder calls started. The calls came as early as 5:15 am!
