The MRI tech was irritated by my anxiety, and she worked hard to make it worse. She was impatient and rude. This is the perfect place to deepen your medical trauma.
Not a great office, appointment was 40 minutes late due to tech "running late". Failed to mention this at check-in 👎

Sorry to say I am disappointed. We got the order approved on Thursday went into the Casa Grande location and their X-ray tech Was out til Monday. Seems for a town such as ours they would have two tech but oh well. Monday I called to see if the tech was in and you don’t get the facility you get a main switchboard they said they transferred me twice, but no they hung up on me the third time I was pissed and told them to call the location and ask if the tech was there I was put on hold, then someone else came back and we starte... read more

Lengthy forms prior to appt then asked same questions again, no privacy in mammo room and it was not tidy greeter not khappy or helpful

While the check in online was pretty straightforward the reception was pretty flat. My biggest issue is that I was asked to undress in the room with the tech in the room. When I asked about a dressing room she said “ ya we don’t do that anymore people didn’t want to walk across the hall in gowns”. WHAT? it’s three steps and if they felt exposed give them another gown. Honestly… I had to turn my back to her and strip. It was humiliating and disturbing.

Doctor wanted copy of film. Told machine was broken but I could go to another simon med for the film. I asked when machine was going to be fixed. Tech said ask out front. They didn’t know and said it hadn’t worked for a couple of months. Really? So I had to drive to another facility for the film. Told it would take 10 minutes. Took 30 minutes.

I am so frustrated. I was in need of an X-ray. I went online to schedule it. No issues. I filled out the required forms and arrived the required 15 minutes prior to my appointment. It was ONLY then that I was informed I really didn’t have an appointment. Even though I had the Appointment verification email as well as text, with all the reminders. I was told that X-rays are walk in only. Why, please tell me. At no point in the appointment request process was I EVER notified that it was a “fake” appointment. I don’t mind that ... read more
