RecommendedI had a great experience with the Tech personal that did my bine density test & my chest X-ray... but the tech that did my mammogram was HORRIBLE! I have NEVER been treated so badly! She 1st questioned why I was there.... When I told her that my breast surgeon ordered it the tech then kept harassing me! She reminded me I was in there in September and the notes in my file said I wasn’t due for another mammogram for 6 months so why are you here? I really couldn’t believe how she was talking to me! Took my son for a scheduled procedure. Filled out paperwork gave it to the receptionist and than she left and never checked him in. We sat here for an hour and found out he was never checked in!! How do you take paperwork and not check someone in 😡😡

I was to have a hand x-ray that went well then a MRIMRI was a terrible experience. They have issues with getting an IV in my arm and then placing me on the machine. I had to have my hand over my head lying on my stomach and leg legs hanging out the edge of the machine, which created pressure on my legs after 25 minutes I asked to be removed from the machine. I have had several MRIs never one like this.
I felt rushed during the procedure of a mammogram. The waiting room was dirty. In my opinion a medical office should be spotless. The chairs in the waiting room had hair all over the material seats. I would recommend chairs you can easily clean and sanitize in a medical office.
I had preauthorization from my insurance. I was cancelled 2x’s and both times I showed up to the office as they DID NOT call me in advance to cancel. The manager said she’d research & never got back.
