I arrived @ 9:30 for a 10:00 mammogram appointment. I completed all the forms in my car and texted the office when I was done. Checked in with a clerk, was told that all of my information had not transferred onto her computer. Gave it to her again. I sat there for another hour before I was called. I asked the desk clerk why I had not been called since everyone that had come after me had been seen. She said she didn’t know. Finally called another 20 minutes later. I had to wait almost 2 hours. I had to go to the receptionist and ask why I had not been called. At that point, I was taken back to the area where my service was and had to wait again to only be met by a rude and dismissive X-ray tech. My doctor mistakenly left the diagnosis codes off the order and the X-ray tech tries to tell me “that in the future I need to make sure they have the order correct.” For which I replied, not my responsibility, it would be your front office staff’s responsibility you have everything needed, an... read more
Bad customer service. Checking in was the worst. Staff was unfriendly And unknowledgeable. I'll use a different facility next time.
The manager Adriana in surprise Az don’t have compassion for patience she’s disrespectful means rude and she is not professional I will not recommend this place because of her
They keep rescheduling without notice and just don’t care about thier patients. Terrible staff. If my sister didn’t need the mri for her cancer I would never go there.
This place is ridiculous 3 hours and counting on a X-Ray or any other service! Makes no sense
Had an 11:30 am appointment and was not seen until 12:30 ! No apology by the technician. The receptionist was very kind and upset that I had wait so long! The receptionist I would rate a 5 star . Technician I would rate a 2 !
Almost impossible to make an appointment Took me 3 days. Left callback after being on hold for at least a half hour 3 times. Finally someone called back the third evening The waiting room and reception area was very chaotic. I finally got in one hour after my appointment time And this was sent with Johns name. Mary had the appointment You all are extremely unorganized and unprofessional
This was the worst experience of my life.
