Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Can not get appointments straight with staff and call center taking calls I have been running around between both of them for at least 3 months. I had to schedule my imaging at Banner

Was referred by my pulmonologist for a chest X-ray. SimonMed texted me they got the referral with a link to make an appointment. I made the appointment on the SimonMed site for a date/time convenient to me and received confirmation. On arrival at the location, the clerk said she had no referral for me despite the text and that they don’t take appointments and I could have possibly an hour and a half wait. RecommendedNot happy with the tecnifican, Wasn’t friendly, Too pushy, like she didn’t want to be there. The table with the bars , very difficult, no help from her, She ask me if I was done, Ni, I wasn’t , very disappointed in the manner of her services.

Have issues with billing and can't get a call back even though their email system. Wait time is ridiculous for both scheduling and billing. I've continued to come here for convenience only. This is no longer convenient. Also the front desk staff is rude, but again convenience. No more. I'm done.
I had an appointment for 11:30 am & was told to check in online & do the paperwork ahead of time which I did. Check in was 11:00am. I was there on time , the lady @ the front desk asked me to fill out a paper for my particular test. I said I didn’t see that on line. She said I know it isn’t there. Then they didn’t even call me til an hr later. What’s the point of having an appointment if it isn’t going to be honored? I used Stadium Village. I never have any problems @ Camino Del Sol.
I used surprise stadium site for a mammogram. Was told tech a LITTLE behind after 20 minutes past appt., then heard another woman ask about her mammogram appt at same time! I know only one tech…they double booked. Asked to speak to manager, told no one there, I got too loud and lo and behold a manager appeared. No one had noticed double booking which was scheduling so now two parts of Simon med messed up. I waited 1 1/2 hrs for appt… not ok. Scheduling staff is incompetent. They don’t record what you tell them and then you get there for the procedure and they make you come back because they didn’t know what you had told the scheduler that they needed to know. Long wait time once you get there long time. People aren’t very friendly. My last MRI had to be rescheduled, went well finally
