They looked at an old order it was the wrong one they looked at a ultrasound when I was supposed to get exray I had to do without my coffee and hold 32 ounces of water for no reason I am not happy with your people whe I first called they said there was no order for a exray

The report that was sent to my primary care provider had two significant errors in it regarding my health history. These are two things the technician and I discuss thoroughly, but she obviously was not listening or has poor documentation abilities.

Makes appointments then calls days later to cancel and reschedule. When you try to get to the person that they transfer you to everyone but the person you need to talk to. The phone just rings and ring then hangs up. So here is to 4 calls into Simon..... waste of time

There were 19 people in the check-in line. Even though you checked in online at home, you still had to stand in that long line and it was very difficult for a lot of us old people. I would prefer a place that honors the appointment time.

trouble working with out sourced schedulers. In office clerks no help, inexperienced then office manager didn’t want to call my doctors office to correct order. received text & email reminders to arrive 30 mins early for appointment & when arrived their was a line of 13 people in lobby so an hour plus later finally had my mri/mra at least tech was pleasant and helpful. I will never use Simon med again!!! Person in front of me in line said Sun city office just as bad!

The staff at the location on Bell was very rude. My experience there was not pleasant. All members of the staff I had contact with left me with the direct impression that it was just a big bother.

Once you get in the back their techs are great but their front office is a nightmare. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and the line to check in went clear around the whole lobby. It took me 40 minutes, standing in line with my cane (the result of 2 leg surgeries) before I could check in, making my check in time 20 minutes after my appointment time.
