Can't speak for all locations , but this location on Thunderbird... 1 of 2 things, maybe a combination of both. One, staff is incompetent and does not thoroughly do their due diligence. Or two, this Simonmed commits to predatory/deceitful practices. Since my last visit, my insurance had changed. I provided ALL of that info at the time of my call to set my 2025 appointment. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service and you have the market pretty much cornered. Xray wait times are a joke and the queue information is never up to date. Can't schedule one but you have 2 and 3 hour waits at the two I drove to. No number to call at the sites to get actual information on wait times. Go early in the morning and sorry, no xray tech today. Go back next day, sorry but someone MIGHT come in if you care to wait an indefinite time period. Same story at every Simonmed location I have been to.

SimonMed is one clusterf**k after another. I wouldn't take my dog there.
I don't recommend anything about Simon Med. Asking medicare patient to pay 20% medicare doesn't pay up front. I have never been asked and was told if we don't pay no test. waited almost 2 hours waiting and discussing, and for a manager. This is the worst place we have ever been in. some other twit front desk person but in and said if you don't pay, no test. No respect for patient, obviously they really need the money. Run from here ! Terrible place...
My son needed an X-ray. The website said walk-ins are u til 4:30pm. We got there at 4pm and the lady said they stop taking walk-ins at 3:30pm. I called the number when I got home and the guy I spoke to said I could go on Saturday. The website indicated they were open so i went back the next Saturday to the location on 27th Ave and when I got there was told they don’t do x-rays on Saturday’s. Again the website was wrong. Between my recent video fluoroscopy and MRI arthrogram of my wrist I was cancelled and rescheduled no less than 6 or 7 times. Most recently, I drove the 45 minutes to the Sun Valley west location and received the call telling me I needed to be rescheduled AGAIN !! After the rescheduled appointment I was receiving texts confirming I kept the appointment they rescheduled ! I’ve been around for a long time with radiology facilities. I don’t recommend the location on Thunderbird Road. The staff was very kind however SMI is broken up into many small rooms on several floors with a lack of staff to guide you where to go. There needs to be a remodel of this location which is severely overdue. The waiting room needs a very thorough cleaning, it’s stained and dirty.
I logged in to see my results and had to enter my drivers license information. After I did that I was advised I would receive an email. It’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing and received nothing except a request for a review.
