First, I could not understand the woman who was setting up my appointment, she had a very heavy accent, I hung up very confused with what she said. I called again before my appointment to verify the appointment and again had to speak to someone that was hard to understand, not as bad as the first person though. The day of my appointment at 6:30am they couldn’t get ahold of the MRI technician, he was late. appointments are supposed to be on time I was there Early. so everything that had to be done would ....now I have to go get my mammogram done the manager was very kind though

Pesimo servicio por parte del Personal front desk fui por 2 dias a un Rx el Primer dia me fui pues tenia 2 horas esperando y no me atendieron , fui de nuevo al Dia siguiente y tenia ya 3 hs nadie me atendía yo a cada momento le decia a una de las de enfrente( delgada con una trenza ) que a que horas me pensaban hacer los Rx y decia ahorita le. I waited 6 months for my appointment and then 2 days prior to my appointment they called me and canceled because they didn't have the proper staff to perform the ultrasound I was scheduled for. Once I got there I found the staff to be very indifferent.. Not exactly rude, but certainly not interested in being kind or helpful.. Not only that, they had a whole wall of lockers with only 3 keys so they were not available to be used with no ability to lock them so it was necessary for patients to carry our clothes and belongings ... read more

Very frustrating! They Rescheduled my appointment then had me scheduled twice! Then I had to wait 45 minutes from my appointment time! When a second technician came to help from downstairs I was taken back for my mammogram! She did everything very quickly and was done in Less than five minutes! Honestly I do wonder if my mammogram was done properly!

was told my mri appt was at 9:45. Didn’t know it was PM, not AM. I was there almost an hour before the receptionist realized this and said I could reschedule for 2:15p. So I came back at 2 for my appt and waited until 3:40 to be seen!!during that time 2 other people came in at separate times wanting to get X-rays only to be told no X-rays after 2pm. I contacted Simon Med by phone and was told that I had to make an appointment. I made the soonest appointment available and had to go a little farther than the office closest to me to get a timely appointment. I filled in the paperwork online and appeared 25 minutes before my appt. As suggested. When I got there I was advised that they are walk in only and they don’t take appointments. They were busy and I had to wait almost three hours to reach my turn in line. Others waiting around me were also complaining about waiting ho... read more
