I waited 2 1/2 hours for a X-ray since Simon Med doesn’t take appointments.

Based on PAST experience only … However, if it were solely based on what occurred at the offices on 5620 and 5410 W Thunderbird on Monday 10/24 the recommendation would be a solid ‘no’. We had an appointment scheduled for nearly 3 weeks with all paperwork completed online in advance. We arrived early at 5620 W Thunderbird, waited 10 minutes to check in and then waited to be called. I arrived at 9:50 am for my 10 am appt for an ultrasound (appt needed) and for x-rays (walk-in only). I was taken for the ultrasound pretty promptly, but at 10:30 was back in the waiting area for the x-rays. Finally, 3 of us asked when we would be seen and were told they only had 1 tech and she fit in an x-ray between bone density scans (appt only). I was called for an appointment with date and time and the front desk had , No idea I was coming. They could find paperwork and couldn’t receive a verbal order from the scheduling. A technician came out and called my name and he had all the paperwork very inefficient. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous front desk Luke warm

No appointments for X-rays, no technician at site, long waits (3 hours), no response to request to ask for help, packed waiting room, no seating, no water available for long wait, 2-4 day wait for X-rays

I walk in at 10:30 because my doctor said it was a walk in they told me it was 1 1/2 hour wait so l put my name at 12:15 on the list, then a text that my appointment was at 12:30 at 1:30 I asked how much longer…. Soon then I ask again at 2:30, at 2:45 they called my name, so for a reference I will Not good you a good grade. There was another customer complaining in Spanish. I asked to speak to a manager and they said she was in a meeting

I had an appointment on 8/1/2022 it was for 12:00p.m. I arrived at 11:45a.m. Checked in at 12:30 I went up too front desk and asked how long it would be the young lady said she would find out and let me know she never did. So after about 15 minutes later I asked a different person she said the technician was at lunch and wouldn’t return until 1:00p.m. Then she said it would be at least 40minutes after technician returned because there were other people to see I then said but my appointment was at 12 the technician at 1:45 ca... read more
