I had two separate exams in March. I was asked to pay my out of pocket responsibility at the time of service. I made the payments in full. After the claims were submitted to my insurance they were processed very quickly. After I received my EOB’s, I compared them to what I was told to pay and discovered I was over charged by almost $300. My previous experience has been positive until I went to the Thunderbird location. I was checked in, my co pay was taken and after waiting 30 minutes, I was told that I was at the wrong location. They agreed to do the ultrasound but I was there 21/2 hours. Staff were having conversations that were negative, things like “it’s only 10:30!! Excessive waits , broken equipment. I received my order on a Friday and visited a Simon Med close to where I work in Surprise. The website stated 1 X-ray waiting and available till 4. Arrived at 2:30 and the secretary stated ‘we stopped X-rays at noon today’ so I went to the only local Simon Med open on Saturday Arrived over an hour early at 7:15 , and was logged in for an appointment at 8:50. The receptionists at the Thunderbird facility are absolutely miserable, they don’t smile, don’t greet you with a hello, or even look at you, they just say “Do you have an appointment”, in a very dismissive tone, like I ruined their day by choosing to come to SimonMed, when I responded with a Hello, how are you, the response was “Date of birth”, I HATE going there for that reason! Not for the disabled! First of all the doors are not Ada compliant. Had to wait for someone to open a I'm in a wc. Then had to lay down in this cold metal table with no cushioning. My tailbone was so sore I couldn't hardly sit afterward. Couldn't you just get a cushioned table? Horrible! Waited for over an hour. Tech was very nice, kept apologizeing, not her fault. I'm never doing this again!!

real joke of an imaging center . Waited to get a pre approval for 3 weeks - cant seem to get with my insurance company / one hand has no idea of what the other is doing !

Because I did not have a good experience! And it’s freezing cold in there facility and they do not have the headphones with music to offer for people who are claustrophobic!

When I went in on Tuesday, I received my ultrasound just fine. People were pleasant was fine when I went back for my MRI at 1 o’clock in the afternoon the machine would not work! So I had to reschedule for this Friday. This is happened once before and quite honestly they couldn’t get me in anywhere else so it’s just sort of the typical monopoly that you guys have there are no other alternatives and everybody hates Simon med even the doctors
