The price for the tires was amazing. However, we were going on a trip and we're told that there was going to be a 3d delivery time. I received 3 of the 4 tires on the last day before our trip (6 days) and had them installed at the last minute. We had to buy a 4th local tire so we xpuld go out of town. An option to express ship would've been worth the money for us to express ship and ensure all the tires were delivered in a timely fashion. Very happy with selection of tires, price, delivery, tracking of shipping, website, quality of tires. I purchased 4 Tornel whitewall tires for my 1994 Dodge Dakota (205-75-15). Next time I need any more tires, simpletire will be the first site I look at.
I was hesitant at first... I had never heard of SimpleTire.com. However, after checking with Tire Rack and Discount Tire Direct who were out of stock, I tried them. The tires were exactly what I was looking for and they shipped in two days. And they were $18 per tire cheaper! I will use SimpleTire.com again.
Awesome quick shipping and good price. Too bad fedex (small 'f') left someone's pickup truck tire from 2 miles away and claimed they couldn't deliver my 2 tractor tires on the tracking site. They did deliver the 2 tires to us the next day so...not too big a problem in the grand scheme of things.
We were sent the wrong tire, nothing even close to what we ordered! Customer service has corrected with a pick up and delivery of correct tire! We will see how well it gets corrected and go from there!
Great price and easy ordering experience on the tires. The FedEx delivery was horrible. The driver delivered them to the wrong address half a mile away. Luckily, this neighbor was honest and helpful and delivered them to me in his pickup.
