Simple tire was good, however, 1st set was delivered to the wrong address probably stolen, would liked to have had a better follow up where did they go, Next order one lost, so took a while two installers we would never use again, both have to know where tires went, Finally mounted at Wildomar Discount tires, liked them, and good job, honored coupon for mountain. Thinking through Tires should have come with free alignment which is always needed with new tires. That was a Ford Focus, Will be needed for KIA Soul

Order tires at 7am tires showed up at my door by 1 pm .Seems to be good tire haven't had them installed yet

Not my first purchase and won't be the last. Good price on 21-11/8 tires for my 6x6. Delivery was faster than expected. Keep it up simple tire!
My only complaint is shipping and I'm aware a lot of the shipping stuff is out of your hands. Two different carries were used. When clicking on one shipment it took me to Fedex which I could follow and the shipment arrived 2 days late. When clicking on the other shipment tracking number it took me nowhere. I'd email customer service to find out who the shipper was and they never responded back. Everything was fine except for the fact that they sent me the wrong load index I ordered 151/147 MH they sent me 149/146M they will work for me. But not what I ordered. To much hassle to return. Needed them already.
