Hi, I would recommend having a better avenue to talk to a real person... when I finally got there Melanie Greenstein helped me get the right product ordered, and the shipping was fast. I am glad (although close) that I didn't give up on talking to a person.

Needed a tire to match one that was replaced on the road and was told by one of the largest commercial tire dealers and my local tire shop that Yokohama did not have this tire in any warehouse in the USA. I went on simpletire.com and 5 minutes later I found and ordered the tire I was looking for and 3 days later it was here and about 50 bucks cheaper than the one I bought previously.
Overall experience was very easy, right to what I needed, and the tires got to my home as scheduled.
Tires came in 2 separate deliveries, which is no big deal but the tires in the second delivery one had the bead deformed in 2 spots. Had to take to a shop to and use large bead blaster to inflate.
These guys had a tire that I couldn't find anywhere else. Great price, got delivered by FedEx in 3 days. Will use them again
