I was skeptical buying tires online, but none of the tire shops or big box stores in my area had the tires i was looking for and didn't expect to have any for over a month. Seems theres a shortage on just about everything these days. Simple tires had exactly the tires i wanted at a good price so i gave it a try. Shipping was easy, free and on time. I would have no problem purchasing my tires from them in the future..
Had a problem with FedEx (not Simple Tire's fault) and at the last minute the folks at Simple Tire were able to make a change to the delivery address which guaranteed FedEx wouldn't return the order. Couldn't be happier with the customer service; will absolutely use them again!
No problem. Haven't mounted yet. Bought 1 3 months ago with no problem.
