We have lived at 2 properties owned by Sinatra and Co. Our property manager is amazing to work with, extremely fast at responding to our needs and works with us on whatever we need! We will always recommend Sinatra to our friends!

This was by far my favorite apartment I have lived in. I want to thank Sinatra & Company for making things easy from day one. They take great care of the upkeep of their buildings and provided a list of services to keep us comfortable during our lease period. My apartment on West Ferry had all new appliances that worked flawlessly until I moved out. I was provided gated parking, which was great and I always had a spot available. I am a tenant and the maintenance team has always taken care of my issues immediately. My apartment is located in the Delaware Park area and has off street parking and is very quiet. I moved from the suburbs to the city and looked at many apartments and by far my apartment beat all of the higher priced places I looked at. I am going on 2 years and am very happy.

I lived at 400 elmwood for 18 months before moving out of state. Lynn and the entire staff was wonderful to me. Whenever I had an issue it was fixed immediately. Also I was happy to receive my full security deposit back when I left. The building is a constant work in progress but the improvements they are making is worth it. Love you guys and sorry I had to leave.
