I just resigned my lease for 6367 Robinson Rd in Lockport for year 3. And my experience has been fantastic. I had rented in Elmwood/Allentown for 10 years with other realty companies and had rough experiences. Not with Sinatra. I have had nothing that needs fixing in two years. My neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet. The rent is affordable for a lot of space in a clean setting. My boyfriend and I have been tenants in the Phoenix Brewery Apartments since October 2016. We have been overjoyed with the quality of the property and its amenities. If you love a downtown loft atmosphere, this is the place for you! Absolutely OBSESSED with S&Co. I've been renting from them for 2 years now and they're so accommodating, friendly, and genuine. The prices are extremely affordable for the locations and you get a fantastic bang for your buck.

Great downtown locations! I lived in The Fenton and The Wayne and Waldorf apartments. The restored original hardwood floors, penny tile floors, subway tile showers, and copper back-splash look amazing! Modern with a vintage feel. The gated parking was also great. Their customer service is outstanding. My Property Manager Lynn was fantastic to work with. Mike L. was great at showing the apartments and very professional. I definitely recommend renting from them.

As a tenant at one of their Linwood properties, I'm really happy I signed a lease with Sinatra! From the showing itself to routine maintenance requests I've put in with plumbing and heat, these guys have truly been responsive and easy to work with - and the space is great! I've had some bad experiences at some other companies around Buffalo, and Sinatra is by far the best. Working with Kevin has been awesome. If you call, ask for him. He's leased me my past two apartments and they've both been great experiences.
