Do not rent from them. I just signed a year lease with them and am regretting it. When I moved in, it seemed as if the apartment had not been inspected because there was no working smoke detector in the ENTIRE apartment! This is inexcusable and ILLEGAL. I could go off just about this alone. Not to mention my plethora of other issues including my dishwasher not working, my washer and dryer turning 90 degrees whenever they are used (enough to potentially kill one of my pets if they got stuck behind it), the paint splatter... read more

Sinatra is one of the worst properties that I have had the displeasure of staying in. The management puts up passive aggressive notes throughout the complex that treats the tenants like children, there is no maintenance department to speak of (or they just don’t care that half of the washers have been broken for most of the year), and the building is literally crumbling around us to no repair. I was previously a tenant at one of Sinatra’s properties and moved out at the end of February. Almost three months later and I still have yet to receive my security deposit back. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone. No one picks up their phones or can respond to an Email, and every time I do talk to someone, the property manager changes and I have to start all over. This is the worst company! I would not recommend them to anyone. My lease ends March 31st. I have been calling since January to renew my lease. The property manager Tom Elliot will not return phone calls. I have been leaving messages with other staff members and left a few on voice mail. I would have left more, but his mailbox is almost always full. I even went to the office in person (Feb.12th) to speak to him in person. I had a fantastic experience! I was shown many apartment great apartments and I was able to move into the perfect one within a week! Kevin was very easy to get ahold of to answer all of my questions and the whole process was stress free!
