Sinatra and Company helped find our new shop location on Hertel ave. Michael Lamonte was amazing, he went far beyond our expectations. Every time I had a question about our new lease and building he made sure my needs were met. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or the staff at Sinatra and Company to anyone who is in search of a residential or commercial property!!!

In my few years experience with Sinatra, they've been great. We commercially rent from Sinatra in the Village of Kenmore. Everything from snow removal to maintenance calls (all promptly), they've been great to deal with. Even when I was in a HUGE rush to open the doors of my new business a few years ago, they did everything in their power to get all of the work I requested expedited so I could hit my target date. We love renting our space at Expo in the Market Arcade. Sinatra and Company gave us the deal of the century and went out of their way to make my wife and myself feel more like family than friends. Buffalo has a lot to look forward to with accompany like this leading the way in redevelopment.

The leasing agent handled all of my move-in requests early and above my expectations. For the past two years, I've had minimal issues but their customer service and office team have been attentive and professional. The building manager and maintenance team work well in keeping the property clean and safe and address any needs with courtesy and efficiency.
