Awesome Staff I just love Living at the Sixteen50 Apartments, the Staff are so friendly and the Living accommodations are great its like a small community for sure. Very Clean and great accesses to the highway.

Love living here This is an excellent place to live. The office staff is so kind and never has an issue with answering any questions we have. We are close by everything that we need to get to including the highway. They also just started repainting the whole community and it is looking phenomenal so far! I would highly suggest living here to anyone searching for their next home.

Great Experience Touring Here The property is so beautiful and they have friendliest staff of every single place I have been during my home search. They are so informative and made me feel like I was at home already. I am still far out from my move date but I will be leasing here once the time comes.

Great fishing pond The grandkids love to visit because of the fishing pond and playground. My wife and I have enjoyed living here. Maintenance is always prompt.

Lovely Place to Call Home! Sixteen50 is a beautiful community to live at. The office and maintenance teams are amazing. Having an attached garage is a perk no one else offers in the Rockwall area.

Great customer relations I’ve lived here about three years now and I’ve got to say it is one of the best places to live. It’s quiet and safe and the response times from not only office staff, but especially maintenance requests. I put in a few and I’ve never had to wait more than usually it’s the same day sometimes it’s the day after, they do incredible work. Denise and Kayla in the office are very personal and easy to deal with. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

While I love living here because of the amenities and location, I'm not sure I would recommend it to my personal clients. I would, however, recommend it to the community at large because of those amenities and location.
