Thank you for your feedback. We have several spaces for guest parking located throughout the property, however, guest parking is primarily located behind the pool and at the entrance of the property.
Expensive and services... (Verified Renter) Expensive and services have dropped each time property has changed hands. When I first signed original lease with Mansions @ Lake Ray Hubbard my expectations were more than met, even exceed. Since then rent has continually increased year after year and services have been cut back or suspended all together.

Amazing property and staff! My husband and i are evacuees from Hurricane Harvey. We relocated to this area in Novemeber desperately needing a home. We came across an ad for Sixteen50 and decided to go visit late one sunday afternoon. We were pleasantly invited to go tour the apartments even though it was close to closing. Dennis took her time and was compassionate and understanding with our loss and need to have a home. I was pleasantly... (Verified Renter) I was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I had visited Sixteen 50 @ Lake Ray Hubbard. We had been to several apartment complex in the area that day. By far Sixteen 50 and Denise was our future home. We were blown away by the hospitality we received the entire time we were there. The complex itself was immaculate and meet our very needs. That night we started the application process.
