Sixteen50 is absolutely... (Verified Renter) Sixteen50 is absolutely amazing. Our apartment is beautiful and the community is well maintained. The office staff are always so kind and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure your are heard and your needs are met. Sixteen50 is also very animal friendly and offers great amenities!

It's quiet, clean,... (Verified Renter) It's quiet, clean, comfortable and I feel safe living alone there. The property is peaceful and the office staff are over the top nice. They make you feel special. Honestly, there was only one issue that Kayla resolved and I'm 110% satisfied with the choice of my new home.
