Outstanding apartment facilities.... (Verified Renter) Outstanding apartment facilities. Tremendous maintenance staff. Great grounds. Love walking trail and exercise area. Great gym equipment and pool outstanding!!

Maintenance was great.... (Verified Renter) Maintenance was great. The problem is having trouble getting a land line- AT&T. Also trouble getting tv service - directv. Not very pleased with that! Still without.
The only real... (Verified Renter) The only real problem I had with the apartment was the internet/television provider that the complex was locked into. Having a choice of providers would have been preferable. The internet provider (Direcpath) had poor customer service/support, and the service slow, unreliable, and definitely outclassed by the services available everywhere else in the immediate area.
Denise, Kayla, and... (Verified Renter) Denise, Kayla, and all of the staff are incredible. Make you feel like family. Very beautiful complex and apartment. Clean, and quiet (only issue is people not picking up after their pets)

Everything but completion... (Verified Renter) Everything but completion time was to my satisfaction, thus I'm left wondering if this is to be expected in the future or if this is an isolated case. Too many variables, to early to tell.
While I loved... (Verified Renter) While I loved my home, I did not feel loved back when I put my notice in. If I'm going to be given a list things I'm going to potentially be charged for, that list should be given at move in. The items I was charged for are silly and I've still contemplated asking for pictures and invoices.
