This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a quiet and relatively well maintained community with the exception of the security gate. It has been in non or partial working condition several time within the last 30 days. This could prove a serious security issue.
Nice Place / Bad Management My wife and I lived here for 2 years. The Apartment and center park are fantastic. We loved the area. However, management is not so great. Dennis is the only person I trusted to talk to about anything and everything. The reason for my super low rating is due to when we moved out. We moved out and got a letter saying what we owed for water/damages/etc. I went in and paid them a check only to get contacted a month later by a debt collection agency. They started to... (Verified Renter) They started to change exterior lighting to bright white and stopped about 2/3 of the buildings. The front and rear security gates were open all weekend (3/12 and 3/13)
