Most neighbors good, but like all places in the world some can’t pick up their dog poop (so I do extra). All in all, quite happy here!
The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is quiet and peaceful. The office staff are truly helpful and amazing! Your needs and concerns matter to them. We didn't want to move but we had outgrown our unit due to family size increase, also the limited placed to park, and our mortgage payments are less than what we paid for in rent. But the rent prices are worth what great memories we have there. Please recognize Denise, Jennifer, and the staff for excellent management! It’s great but... (Verified Renter) It’s great but overpriced for what you get. We did not have a renovated apartment and paid similar to what the renovated ones were rented for. The appliances should be better for that price.
Awesome place to... (Verified Renter) Awesome place to live, very nice apartments and I believe very safe. Only problem is the rent is tooooo high! I am so hoping that mine doesn't go up when my lease is up or I am afraid I will have to find a new home (which I really really do not want to do)!
