The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are very comfortable and I love the natural light from the picture windows. The community has wonderful landscaping and green space, attached garages, super great management, leasing office and maintenance personnel.
The new management... (Verified Renter) The new management team put in place has acceded my expectations. The maintenance crew is never visible but the hard work that they do on a daily basis is truly impeccable. The pool is spotless, the gym is clean, the grounds throughout the community are perfect. I would recommend this community to anyone proudly.
Only issue I... (Verified Renter) Only issue I had on move out was in reguards to the carpet cleaning extra charge. With only living in the apartment for five months and out of town for probably a month of that, I believe the carpet cleaner could have cleaned the carpet without an extra charge.
Application process was... (Verified Renter) Application process was extremely easy and fast! Amenities offered are great! I like that there is a garage with the apartment.
The parking was... (Verified Renter) The parking was always an issue. My family could not come and visit because very little parking and if any they would have had to walk a very long ways with children. I lived there for 3 years. Solid walls could not hear anyone. That is a plus. Gated is a plus. Rules for the indoor hot tub/spa closing at the same time as the daily office hours was not good at all. Never used it because most adults want to relax in the spa after dinner or later.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend to a friend but would need to make sure it was in my friend price range. Prices of rent are pretty high for size of unit and some apartments are out dated.
