Hello, I purchased a group ticket for a party and submitted a deposit that was withdrawn from my account. I arrived at the venue only for it to be closed. I had kids come from long distances that were waiting to enter. It is unacceptable that your venue would be closed and still allow consumers to purchase tickets and not be informed. Too over crowded and staff didn't kno what was goin on n place looked like it was trashed.... Place has been goin down hill every time I revisit.
Nothing but problems. Staff was rude. Overcrowded. Waited for long periods of time to be rejected by staff failed to mention kids were in different groups so they couldn’t even jump together and we came to celebrate their cousins bday who was only 1 year older. Would never come back, very disappointed!!
We’ve written a review in the past about this place. We had a horrible experience for my sons bday. We then got tickets to go free and didn’t know that there was an expiration date on it horrible experience free tickets.. I called to see if could get my kids in anyway because it didn’t make sense that what they gave me to “help” my situation had an expiration date.
