My girlfriend and her children and I went yesterday and after twenty mins was done the kids love it Dodge ball bouncing but absolutely nothing for the adult!!! Overpriced they had no food available... Waste of time!
Very dissapointed to show up, after driving 30 minutes to get there, with my twins, (who earned free jumps at a very expensive birthday party earlier this year), to be turned away as aparently there are only 'private events' on Mondays. No notice or schedule is written on the free jump passes and and the staff and manager kept repeating 'there's nothing I can do'. Grrrr

It was extremely busy and we had to buy yhe ticketa 2 hours ahead of jump. When it was time to jump, there were still too many people. There were kids running around playing catch on the jump area and not one staff stopped them. Staff didnt seem happy working....one stomping around looking down instead of looking at the jumpers. One stood there and did nothing basically. Been there a few times but this was the worst.
WARNING VERY SCARY PLACE AND DANGEROUS!!! My son fractured and dislocated his spine there and they have refused to talk to me. They take no responsibility and my child was severely hurt there. They didn't even take the time to talk to me, my son was young, strong and active, his injury is extreme and they are not professional. I understand that we as parents sign the waiver and basically sign away on all liability but they could at least have answered my calls.... Do not come to this place on a Saturday night. I'm sorry but this place is fucking nasty. It's my first time here and its nasty. Not clean and smells horrible. There are way too many people and no room to jump. I came here with 15 kids for a party and they couldn't even enjoy it. Also like to say I did not see anything being whipped down or cleaned. Please do not delete this message people need to know. Maybe you guys can address the problems.
Went for a 2 yr olds birthday party. though we were waiting for the empty court they didn't get us into it until 11:40 - made us leave promptly at 12. For the last half hour we were sent to an open court for kids of all ages. The staff kept trying to reason with 2 / 3 year olds that only one could be on the trampoline at a time, meanwhile there were teenagers jumping without regard for the toddlers safety. They didn't say a thing to them. I couldn't believe they don't separate kids by age or size.
Had a good time in the beginning but once it came up to dodgeball it all went down hill. Had a horrible experience, wile playing a game I noticed they're were a few guys taking it a bit to serious and hitting people in the face on purpose and one of them hit my friend more than 3 times in the face.
