LOCKERS WERE BROKEN AND THEY WEREN'T ACCEPTING DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS. THEY SAID THERE WAS A GLITCH IN THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM. WE HAD NO PLACE TO PUT OUR COATS AND SNEAKERS. NOT A GOOD LOOK!
It was okay. I was happy that they worked with me because we arrived late. We paid for 1.5 hours. In my opinion the long drive there from Queens is not worth it. It's expensive for just a few courts. The place had only one Dodge ball court open so my family kept going back to the foam pit until there was space for them, they said the foam pit was the best part. Well besides the man breaking his arm which I'm sure happens all the time it was fun
One staff member showed so much racism towards my family and I. Instead of him letting us go in to jump after reviewing that we were on time for our jump he said " you guys can't afford to pay for 2 hours, are you sure you paid for 2 hours". He then let us in to jump and within seconds later he told us we had to go to the front desk because the names on your stickers were missing letters. I said sir is it our names or the time. MY SON GOT SICK WHILE ON THE TRAMPOLINE AND WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THROWING UP AND TRYING TO CATCH HIS BREATHE. THE EMPLOYEE CAME OF WHILE MY SON WAS BENT OVER GAGGING AND SAID CAN YOU TAKE HIM TO THE BATHROOM? WTH? I REALLY DIDN'T FLIP OUT ON HIM BECAUSE I WAS MORE CONCERNED THAT MY SON WAS OK. I MEAN SHOULD I HAVE CARRIED HIM AND LET HIM MAKE A TRAIL OF VOMIT THROUGH THE CROWD AND TO THE BATHROOM?
I just don't understand the point of the staff? No help what so ever! Waiting online to just jump a foam place was ridiculous.. kids were unattended and kept jumping and jumping and not making the line again while my son was waiting online for his turn . No help bringing the kids off the foams like come on!
