RecommendedKids had a blast! Two complaints: Bathrooms filthy Birthday package reasonable until you go over 25 kids They then charge $35 each RIDICULOUS
Dirty! Very disappointed with the set up as well. Worth the extra time to drive to Mt Sinai
Bathrooms were disgusting. Empty pizza boxes everywhere. Tables were dirty and littered with garbage. Floor needed to be swept. Other than the Wipe Out section doesn't compare to Mount Sinia location. The waivers should be tied together with other location so you don't waste time having to do it again. And the most important thing...... our kids didn't enjoy themselves.
Most of the staff was so unfocused on the kids. Jump pit had 2 kids at the same time. Dodge ball court was the only place I can trust, believe it or not. Staff attendant was on point.
I took my daughter to one location for her 3rd birthday and was not confined to toddler area and was able to jump with her. Had so much fun. Went to deer park location today and she was confined to toddler area whole time and adults cannot jump in toddler area. Labeled her with the letter A and told us to stay in areas with our letters. Section after section labeled with the letter A we were kicked out and told we needed to be in toddler section. The people that work there that are watching the kids are half asleep ugh
Customer service agents were racist rude and terrible towards our kids! I will never return or recommend anyone to go there that isn’t white
I was there Friday night when a fight started and everyone went running my way didn’t feel safe 😱
