The place wasn't all that. I took my kids to sky zone to have some fun but when i got there the next jumping time was at 6:30 so i had to come back in two hours. The kids were upset thinking we can just go in. Then the place only allows one trampoline per person. There wasn't enough space for me and my two kids. So i ask the person who works there is there a time limit to take turns and he goes no. So im standing here waiting for a spot wasting my 90 min jumping time that i paid for.
It was very clean - kids had a great time with the basketball and bouncing into foam pit - They also enjoyed the trampoline - needles to say they were tired when we left -
Unfortunately, your customer service is HORRID. No one knows anything. The monitors are BSing the whole time and can't answer any questions that were asking. My 15 year old niece paid and went in by herself without permission to do so. This place looks nice but there is horrible customer service. I won't be back... I'll stick to other local trampoline parks.
